Thanks Steve...looks like its an oil change on both the Cougar and Focus next weekend been waiting for an offer on oil to pop up (y)
 
euro parts are doing 50% (Shell helix oil) worked out £7 cheaper but they had no stock locally so GSF it is :)

oil, filter and cataclene for the MOT - £36 not bad at all
 
This is tempting, need to do a full service ahead of the trip. Might be posting on here tomorrow asking for help checking the order!
