I did the same last time. I got 4 of them, and I think I will go back for another 2 this time. You can never have enough oil ready for service time on our cars + quite a few drop the oil every 5K which is not a bad thing at all.
 
Costco now allow individual memberships that don't need you to be a company director, or their definition of a "professional". It costs £30 incl. VAT.

If you have one near you, they often have 2 x 4.5 litre packs of various grades of Castrol (5W-30 to 10W-40) for £25+VAT (£30 incl).

Change your oil once a year and it's paid for itself. Buy bulk washing powder, loo roll, mince and such, and it will more than pay for itself.
