Some good pics there mate glad you got our blue one from the best angle (the back when it was leaving!):yesnod:. Went home via Skipton over the tops had really good play. 28 to the gallon on the way there, 18 to the gallon on the way home.

Eleanor was absolutly beautiful. My missus wanted to know what was so special about her. Women! no perception of true beauty plus if I had that I wouldn't have to cuddle it after I'd S******d it.:hand:
 
You like the soft top motors Ginja and you missed the classiest of them all, a 40 yr old silver 280SL, that was a gorgeous car, easily my favourite of the day. Looked classy when it was built and still does now. That is one car that I would leave alone and admire it in the form that Mercedes intended.
 
Yes, it's the silver one 2nd from the left, the other one is beige which would most definately put me off.

Matt- the Volvo C70 interested me too, love em, always thought old mans car but the drop top looks a smasher!!!!
the price was interestingly stunning too for this low range model but with a special touch they have added leather seats and nice alloys so as to catch peoples eye and sell the car - also comes with high tech air con and cruise control and lots other toys.

Price was a little over £24,000 O.T.R - wow i think a friggin bargain.....

or am i looking at an old timers car still! Volvo the ride of your life! stickin to Porsche i think laugh! (midlife crisis car)
