Hello from Hampshire

Only problem that was noticed as my missus was behind me on the way home was the brake lights were staying on once pressed. But it does seem like the pedal is falling back down or something, because if i press down on the brake and use my foot to lift it back up the light come off. Strange any ideas peeps ?
It could be the springs are getting tried, absent or otherwise not right, it's an odd failure though! Does the braking feel okay apart from this issue?

Braking seems fine just that little problem, At least no one will hit my up my arse i suppose. But all good other than that. Well chuffed and I've just become a fully paid member of the site. (y)

This is the kind of fault that needs "fiddling" with to try and work out what's going on! I'd check the switch hasn't dislodged first though and closing constantly.

i have had a 2.0 zetec since 2003..and alan pid knows it well in the flesh ;)

Came very close to one, my brother-in-law has one has a track car.

They go well enough, there was the guy on here who bought one on here not long ago.

Keep a spare ignition relay handy!
