hi all; recently aquired a 1998 2.5 cougar; had it 3 wks now and no issues with it; car has done 84000mls and came with fully stamped ford history and two previous owners; 8mths mot and two months tax for the grand sum of £475 which seems to be a bargain; obviously car has a few battle scars but nothing major or out of the ordinary for a 13 yr old car; all in all very tidy and mechanically spot on; it will require brake discs at next mot i think; but the frontwishbones where done at 70000 by a ford dealers; i have previously run 3; 2.5 ford probes but have to say the cougar feels a much better car; anyways hope you are all well and i will be visiting the site regulary
