No you don't have to pay to be a member to attend shows or meets,but some shows do have fees ie entrance camping etc
paid membership just allows you to get to different parts of forum find fixes,help for repairs etc

I'm sure you'll be made very welcome. It will be my first time at Cougarfest this year, as every other year I've had to work.
We have a meet going on at MIJ in Walsall on the 28th March (as there is a Group buy for performance exhausts). Should be a good day and a great chance to meet some of the forum members
