ICT Consultant required for advice

I am an ICT Network Technician by trade mate not a huge amount i dont know about computers, know Microsoft inside out having been a Beta tester for 8 years and holding 3 white hat qualifications.Need advice regards direction change with my job
was in IT for 8 years with Cov City Council but got made redundant a few months back. I was more coordination/management/projects then actual doing stuff so I know enough to not screw things up too much lol
I used to do Networks, Repairs, Software etc, I'm CCNA qualified for networks and have an computing degree. I haven't done much in recent years as I moved into just doing web work which was more profitable - but if I can help I will.
