I didn't get around to doing this today, (and I need to work out how to do the bunny donation first anyway - will probably have to contact them for details).

I'll make time to do so tomorrow afternoon though, probably around 4pm.

Many thanks again for your donations!

They came back pretty quickly. Perhaps unsurprising for a small charity. In this more austere world, I know that they will appreciate every penny, so thank you to everyone (and the club funds!) who donated.

In any case, the total donation was £240, and I have sent £120 of it to Eddy's (the recipient's name was Sue Leigh).

I'll now sent £120 to CPL.

As it was a direct transfer, I did not have the option to Gift Aid it.

But I sent it as "Friends and Family" which it really is, so I know that the little bunningtons will get the full benefit. A trackable receipt, as promised:

Donation made to CPL as well. Because I was able to gift-aid it, our £120 is actually £150 to them, so they benefit from the tax position, not me.

Donation reference: 421518, with an automated response from "Catherine Cottrell, Director of Income Generation".

The email is too large to screenshot, but I am happy to forward it to anyone who wants to see it - please DM me with your email addres if so - I won't be offended.

And with this, my duty is discharged. But I encourage everyone to turn to your loved ones - fuzzy or not - and give them a hug.

Cheers all.
