You may remember me dropping by before xmas, planning to buy a Cougar. Well that day has finally come and I am now the proud owner of a Cougar V6.

I will upload pictures sometime over the weekend. The cat is listed by the dealer as British Racing Green but i assume this in error, and i must own the Tourmaline green. It's also X-Pack.

The car is a dream to drive, especially since my old car was falling a part. It's nice not worrying about my driveshaft popping out all the time like it did on my old Polo.

I digress, looking forward to meeting and getting to know some of you guys, and i also plan on getting full subscription on payday too, as I hear from a friend this place has basically become the Cougars haynes manual!

Mods I plan on doing will be subtle, as i don't want this associated with '1.2 Londis Crew'. Basically i plan on changing the blinkers, but isn't that everybodies first mod? After that, some black alloys, maybe off a more modern ford? Oh, and a small boot spoiler, as i've always felt Cougars need one to complete the look!

Thanks for the warm welcomes in my other topic, I look forward to getting to know you :)

MuuuuuHaaaaHaaaaaHaaaaaaa.........one step closer to world green domination

Excellent choice mate - if it is a C1 it will be Tourmaline - if it is a C2 it will be Amazon.

Absolutely - we will save you a fortune Mr Mouser - and then tempt you to spend a bagful more!!! :)

Gold is th way to go my friend - GOLD!!!!!! ......and - yes - IMHO a spoiler is essential (y)
