Just thought i would say hello. Name is Paul and i live near Immingham. Just recently bought a 98 cougar with 80k on the clock. It is the v6 and i am loving the car so thought i would sign up to the site

Welcome to the forums Paul! The body work looks like it's in very good condition and I can't even see any rust on the inside of the rear wheel arch :LOL:

You will also be able to find all the fixes you need in our subscriber sections. Have a browse around the open forums and get a feel for the place. Remember! ukcougar.com is the only workshop manual for the big cat. I wish my rear arches looked so good. (y)
 
Hello and welcome aboard Paul. Nice looking Frosty there, so what is the first mod you will be doing then???? Think possibly those horrid fried eggs on the sides??? LOL!!!!!!

Thanks all. Yeah the car is fairly tidy tbh. Couple of issues but will sort them out. The arches are very tidy but there is a tiny bit of rust starting to show through so gonna get that sorted. Also the bumper grill is damaged so after replacement for that. As for my first mod I am getting rid of the wheels as I can't stand them. They are horrid to clean
