Lost Mcgards locking nut key !

I was doing some bit's on the car this afternoon and I've just realised I had left the wheel nut key in the wheel...which is not there now !!! any ideas on how to get another or how I can get the nut's off so I can get some new one's ??
 
Do you have the box they came in? Should be a serial number on so you can order a new key.

Failing that, the trick used to be to hammer an old, undersized 12-point socket over the locker and wind it out. Obviously you have to replace the lockers after doing that.
 
Thank's for your reply ,I do have a card with the serial number on, but it say's to fill out the card and send it to an address in "New york" USA !! for a replacement
 
I've welded a nut onto locking nuts before and just rattled them off, maybe get a 21mm nut and araldite/no more nails it on if you don't have a welder handy, leave over night and rattle off in the morning, as far as methods go I'm pretty much classed as unorthodoxed
 
Can you get over to me tomorrow mate? By hook or by crook I will get them off for you :)

They must have authorised resellers or a customer contact point in the UK. Where did you get them from?

I'm gonna take a wild guess that you have a 5 digit code for the serial number? eBay search and google search it, you may just find a set with the same key in.
 
Update: After me and my son retraceing my route on our bikes last night with no results , I had to go out early this morning so I thought I'd take a quick look in ASDA carpark as it was empty , and there it was sitting in the middle of the carpark , had been driven over a few time but hey reeesult . thank's for all you help and suggestions (y)
 
Removed mine with Halfords "Lazer wheel locking nut removers" hardest part was removing the nut after you have got it off the wheel as its stuck in the remover, i had to cross thread a bolt in the nut and clamp it in a vice and then remove it with a wrench, hope this helps also locking nut no good after. just posted this in case someone else has the same problem.
