After last editions group test on v6 coupes with the cougar being one of those in the spot light, the latest edition has some positive revues in the letters page, that along with last months practical classics mag which tipped the cougar as a classic to buy now before there all gone it seems some of the motoring press has at last took there blickers off to just what a good car the cougar is, not sure if any of the Ford mags will wake up any time soon, they seem to think the sun shines out of the tail pipes on models like the Mondeo, perhaps there unaware that the cougar is for all intents a Mondeo with a sexy body :eek:

Once mine has been MOTd I'm going to send all the Ford mags Readers Cars sections some pics see if I can get her in print lol

Well yes i think more club members should get in contact with car mags in order to raise the profile of our cougars, if we let them just slip from view in the public eye then any chance of getting parts like body panels etc remade will be harder in the long run.
 
Be careful what you wish for.

It's one thing to have the kids sh*tposting all over the Focus threads. The last thing we want is them doing it here.

:edit: I'd rather be obscure than deal with the the sort of rubbish that the genuine ZR guys are.
