Hi All

Just a word of warning about a company called Mondeo Spares based in stoke on Trent who have supplied me two parts totally wrong and have caused me major problems because of it and on ringing them they could not care less and will do nothing to the new year F---ing useless company if you do buy anything from them check and then double check.(n)

Well I accept people may of had no trouble but my post is to make sure if you order a part do your checks because if they mess up you will get rubbish service just check their ebay feedback very poor
 
Cheers for the heads up, i bought a headlight switch from them a couple of weeks ago turned up quickly, still won't turn my front fogs on with sidelights tho' :(
 
I bought something off them a fortnight ago after 5 days they messaged me to say they had none in stock but if i waited till new year they could get me one, so after a few choice words about how could they sell something they did not have i got a full refund, yes they sorted it but it should never have happened in the first place, especially when they advertised they had 24 in stock
 
It's absolutely stunning to me that some companies still don't get the fact that they live and die by their reputation.
 
Under new ownership maybe? I've ordered from these countless times over the years (from back in my Mongy owning days) and never had a problem with them :rolleyes:
 
Well at least a few people have had no problems but if they do get it wrong and then there service is very poor and the true measure of any company is when things go wrong how they deal with that problem and this company are a total shower of s--t
 
Just by way of a follow up with regard to this company the two parts supplied totally wrong one I had to send back at my cost via eBay and even though is has been delivered as signed for no refund given so had to use eBay to get my refund and after four emails for the other part still no reply so once again I will have to return the part at my cost and hound them to arrange me the refund. I run a company and if I treated my customers like this shower I would not be in business for long they are a total disgrace. ????
 
Well despite their previous good record I am also finding mondeospares pretty damn bad all round at the moment

bought something a week ago, marked as despatched the very next day.
still not with me - emailed them - got a pretty wishy washy response...not confident it'll be resolved anytime soon


steer clear would be my advice guys
