Well i have day off during the week at last lol Been working 12 hour shifts sometimes 13 and come this tuesday my cat is going to get the stainless steel exhaust headers and hopefully the brakes fixed

A ford KA just does not have the apeak

I cant wait to get behind the wheel of it a gain expacialy with some extra noise with the headers

Role on tuesday its like xmas coming early is i was a child lol
 
well guess what cat still there:cautious: wife spoke to him today and he says he needs a part for the exhaust all i now is its next to the heat sheild i gave him a full set from toyo sports headers and decat pipe and the flexi was there
so i have no idea whats going on any one had issues getting the toyo sports kit fitted to a cat before
 
Yes, when we fitted mine they where really close to the sump, actually it was tight against the sump on the front of the engine, we had to heat and bend/hammer a little of the front down pipe in to fit correctly.. never had any problems with it near a heat shield though??
 
got my cat back this morning yipee the egr pipe was two short for the manifold well thats the egr blanked off
so no egr and no cat any ware to be seen just a huge grumble:)
 
We completely removed the EGR system when i did mine last, anyway glad you got it sorted chap, nice sound when they are done aren't they ? (y)
 
i was realy suprised how it sounds you dont here any diffrence till you accelerate and then you here the grumble me well pleased just to the brake issue sorted know still not been able to pin point whats causing the abs issue is not getting to the point of considering replacing both abs rings on the back if this does not help then abs module
