It is a quality item and alot heavier than I thought it would be. I have also got a short shifter to fit as well.
 
I like that lots. Not a fan of the GingerCow[SUP]tm[/SUP] trim, but that is definitely a handsome knob you have there. :oops:
 
yes very nice knob mr froud, have one myself and they are solid, did you just win this on ebay for 50+ , was contemplating selling mine towards cost of st170 brake upgrade, why is it always one or the other,:oops:

Cheers for the comments guys, I do like it alot, it fits in with everything else inside the car nice.
Yes it was the one on ebay that went for £57. I did bid £100 for it just incase as I really wanted it.
 
I forgot to mention that I was unbelievably stoked by the fact you actually have a nice pen in your pen holder.

I guessed it was you from your reply to my post in ebay listings ;). Solid ally makes these feel like quality. As jj said, i his old one now resides with me and i have no idea how much i would accept for it if i was made an offer. Maybe we should get these on a seperate insurance policy :cool:
 
as a matter of interest al, where did these come fromand was there many, never see many about and i do trail ebay usa aswell
 
Came from custom cougars in USA very expensive even new iirc so very rare and costly second hand.

I asked the same question a couple of years ago Dar. According to RichB iirc, some guy/company in USA produced them but service was poor and production stopped, so if reading between the lines i would say there are very few on this planet.
 
not sure who i got mine from, sure it was from ebay, just liked (loved) , still searching for cigarette lighter to complete set,will the knob go on a short shifter, sorry peter for hijacking thread
 
Looks like I got a steal then at that price, not that I plan to sell it, but there will come a day when everything will be sold when the car ends up in scrap yard heaven.
