As some of you maybe aware I whent on holiday the week before Ford Fair with my new girlfriend Emma and her daughter Tina, I just wanted to share a few memories with you.
All in all in the week I managed to cover about 500miles (Birmingham to Tamworth, Tamworth to llangollen, llangollen to Llandudno, Llandudno to cannock, cannock to Tamworth, Tamworth to Hatton in Warwickshire, Hatton to Shirley then Shirley to Silverstone)
Day one: llangollen to see the river and have lunch
No doubt swelled by the previous weeks rain.
Me and Tina
And Emma and Tina
Next stop was our hotel in Llandudno, the elsinore, alright for the price
Right on the sea front, ideal for seagull's to poop on my car
Close to the pier too, over half a mile long
And the great Orme a natural rock formation that has a cable car and tram to the top, so I drove up there instead
bit steep
We did go on the cable car which is supposedly the longest in the uk
But the mist rolled in off the sea which is a shame as it had been realy clear up the top
We also played a round of crazy golf up there, which lived up to its name.
The following day we spent at the beach as it was, the sandy beach being the opposite side of town from the tourist beach?
Still Tina was happy
Next day we returned to the Orme on the tramway this time
Over 103 years old and going strong
We had a picture taken up the top in wild west grear it looks very good, but I dont have a copy.
We returned on the Friday and then went camping at Hatton country world with the caravan and camping club Emma is a member of (land rover)
Hatton locks all 21 of them! rather you than me going up them
Next day it was off to Silverstone for Ford Fair
Cheers
