Hi to all. I didn't expect to see so many responses. It's good to know you're all out there. One of the things I'd like to know is if, when and where there are any club meets. A chance to get together and chat. I looked on the Events page but that showed only 2008. Are any events arranged or is it just local arranged stuff.

The M6 one may be in range for you. It does tend to be more of a summer thing for obvious reasons but there is always something going on.

The problem is that the web page http://www.ukcougar.com - although it might seem the obvious place to look (given the name of the club) - is actually a relic of the past. Yes, its events section is stuck in 2008, so that the outside world and newcomers believe that nothing ever happens.

Just one of the many sections of the Forum listed in the index at http://www.ukcougarforum.com/vb/index.php.At this time of year it's obviously very quiet as you'll see, with the only major event coming up being the Christmas party (on 4th Dec). But why not do what I did 3 years ago, and make that the first club event you attend? The section will start to get more in it in the new year as the dates of events (typically from Easter onwards) get fixed.
