new pipes

JJ, you know your number plate mate.....well, if it aint your mad speaker system...it'll most certainly be your new pipes! Liking mate, sounds awesome, definite thumbs up. As for waking a Polish trucker....well, I kinda joined that club tonight, went for a blast through Exeter and lit it up on main drag through Marsh Barton (Kully knows it) and there was a truck parked up (this was at 2am!! lol), didn't think I got him the first time, so went round the block and tried again.....lol

talking of being pulled, have you ever had any probs with your rear lights being too dark?
 
Also if you can convince John to make you a splitter / infill you will not be disappointed. I still need to put mine on but quality is excellent. Also a great person to deal with.
 
This is the hope mate looks very nice but with the WW rear skirt not sure if he would be willing to make one or if it would sit right.

sounds fantastic! personally i thought the tvr cans looked fantastic when i saw the car at kullys but these do sounds pretty mental! have you had new headers and stuff or is this just from the cat back? id love to hear/see a setup of someones cougar with some modded headers, de-catted to the max and with a decent system on...
 
The TVR one's sounded ace just did not like the look of them any more wanted a slimmer looking rear end she has a fat arse as it is with the skirt!!.

Glad all the comments are positive guy's I was a bit unsure when I first gave it some beans but got to say I love it now at a steady 80 ish cruise it is not as loud as you think it will be and keeping it under 3k rpm it is deep and loud ish but once you floor it all hell lets loose!.

Looks good mate, we saw some TVR's today with your old "cans" on ;) but that new set up looks sweet.

In answer to the question earlyer if someone had headers and de-cat etc. their car would be illegal :) otherwise I'd buy the headers myself as I'm running a de-cat pipe and full system from the front>Back....but remember JJ's car is only a Zetec, so its amazing that it now sounds more like a V6 :LOL:
 
As quick as a standard V6 too Matt:bomb::bomb:

It does sound v cool and loud so far no pulls either! even after going past traffic police and panda plods.
