Hi People,

I sold my MX5 on friday and i decided to buy a V6 Cougar. I reasoned that it was a lot of car for very little money,Well specced, comfy and what a smooooootthhh engine. It a 2000 plate V6 77000 miles 2 owner full s/h and all for £900- Bargain. The only problem i have found is the tyre size's on the standard wheels are bloody exspensive , so i have ordered a set of 17" wheels with tyres which will work out cheaper in the long run.

Its a great car and hopefully it will keep me amused for a long time :D

Welcome to the club dude, they look better on aftermarket wheels :) make sure you get a photo up once they are fitted.

Hi mate and welcome to the home of the Cougar. You chose the right place for all the information you will ever need to know about your car. For access to all areas of the forum though, you will need to subscribe. For a measly 18 quid a year it is well worth it.

Hello and welcome. I had my cougar for 2 years before joining this forum. You are right about the engine, changing from a 4-cylinder to the V6 it is just so smooth I never tire of listening to it (I tend to drive with the windows open a bit). Who needs a CD player ?

Hello and welcome, Ive just come back to the fold myself after a few years away. Really friendly helpfull bunch on here.
