Thats probably the error window from photos hosted on photobucket which no one can see because photobucket is complete garbage now.

Chris, as Dan says, Photobucket have introduced a paywall, effectively blocking all photos held on there unless the holder of the photo pays a fee.
As you can imagine the photos on this site have been added over numerous years and although Steve Morris has made a valiant attempt at rescuing and re-posting them, some remain unattainable hence the logo.
It is now possible to link photos directly from your own device or use another, less mercenary, photo hosting site.
 
I strongly recommend Imgur. It's tied to Reddit and, because of that, it's unlikely to ever go behind a paywall since they rely on user content to function.
