noise from the rear

hi i have just brought a cougar and when i am driving along and when i go over speed bumps holes in the road i hear a noise like the boot is open but its not any ideas what it mite be


any help would be great
 
are the drop links a common problem ?

also looking for front bumper in melina blue if any one has one
 
drop links are just one of those items that go from time to time. Cost you about a tenner for the parts and if you are a mechanical spaz like me - it would take someone who knows what they are doing about 30 minutes to change.

There are a couple of 'Blurple' (Melina-Blue) Cougars being broken on ebay at the moment and I know that GW Bridges (Vehicle Dismantlers) in Crawley, West Sussex (who will happily post to you) have one with a very good front-bumper, as I was raping it for parts at the weekend!

Get that £18 subscription to the club sent off mate - best money you'll ever spend on your Cougar! (you can learn so much more in the members section than you can as a guest! ;-)
