Get one of Dogsbody's stainless steel ones for £45 plus £4 postage, better than the original part at a fraction of the price.

Apparently, Ford have stopped producing these but can make them to order hence the extotionate price.
As per rich's post above I make a stainless steel version which I sell at a subscribers discount price if £45..

I don't get it? What difference does it make about the Mondeo mounting points?
If you buy an old one, there's a good chance it'll be on its way out, whatever car it came from.
The stainless one is still cheaper than the ford one that I bought back when they were a more reasonable price, mine cost around £60 a couple of years ago. If you don't want to spend anything, then the best thing to do is make a union piece and loop the two pipes together and lose the cooler altogether. The cooler isn't essential.

I was talking about these the other days and have a question for you Mart - could you do the pipes that run to and from the cooler (the rusty metal ones that pass very close to the wishbones) in stainless too or is is best to replace these with rubber/plastic pipes?
Dont see why not...i can bend the pipe no trouble .Problem would be fitting them. Never looked properly but im guessing it would be tight
I would suggest a small modification to take them away from being directly over the wishbone bolts, to make it easier when changing the bones
