For those like me who dont have resizing software here is a very handy link. I now have this and its good Its a microsoft thing too.

The fastest,smallest free software I have found is Easy Thumbnails, once installed its just Right Click, create thumbnail. You can specify any size you want and jpeg quality, the days of opening Adobe are long gone for me. I use this for batch processing for my homepage. Even my wife can use it!
