Poorly Cat

Just had the Cat into my local Garage as the steering was a little 'vague and Woolley' if
That's the term. Been informed the wishbones have excessive play and need replacing,
And The near side track rod end also. And well I'm down, they kicked me with 2 new tyres ! They reckon £460 and that includes tracking. If all goes well ! As things look real
Rusty and more problems could arise. Does this sound a fair price is my question ? The
Tyres are middle range and nothing special.

With labour that sounds about right given the cost of wishbones.

Ensure they are not reusing old bolts. Bolts and wishbones are 260 from paynes....two tyres about 100...tracking 20....so 80ish labour...fair price

Thanks, new bolts included, just hoping they come off easily ! Lol

thay can be cut off without any hassle,its a fair enough price they have quoted you,but as always get it in writting though
