I personally stopped "Modding" my cat after i added the kick/sill panels. Oh yes I did! ...................It was UKCOUGAR.COM that forced me to do the rest :mad2:............

Neither mate, they're powerflow. I love em. They sound great. When i picked it up after fitment they were really loud but now they're run in so to speak they give a nice mid range rumble. Noticed a slight difference in performance mainly going up thru 2nd to 3rd but that may be phycological due to the noise . It is loud on the motorway which may not be to everyone's taste but as i said.... i love it.

It doesn't due it justice really but have a listen mate. Just remember its only a Zetec

Sabre - these are Blueflame and they are brilliant (but rather dirty at the time ) -

- even better now that I've had the centre box taken out :ihih:

They are as quiet or as loud as you want. Real quiet on the motorway...... until you drop her into 4th. Round town the noise tends to kick in with the IMRC

For comparison, here are the before (when I first bought her) & after pics.

She had damage on the front lip of the bonnet, fortunately I picked another bonnet up off a cougar being broken, cost far less that way than repairs & respray.
