A great mod for the Zetec is to drill a load of holes in the underside of the air box.
Let's it breathe more and you get a lovely 'growl' when you floor it (similar to the st200 air box)
I know it sounds a bit of a 'ghetto' mod but it's easy/free to do, and you can't tell it's been done until you really push the accelerator.

Nice to see it out and about Matt. Strange though, I can't look at the car without seeing it as an exploded diagram
I bet! You've had most of it apart mate. I was going to replace the boot struts with the ones from the Melina but they werent much better.
It's been a good 7 or 8 years since we last had anything like this. We've apparently got some sort of micro-climate down here that usually keeps us a bit warmer
