I think how sad that someone who can't afford an R8 wants to dress up a Coug to look like one - I mean the lads down the pub would just laugh at you...wouldn't they? I think the coug has it's own distinctive style without trying to make it look like its pretending to be something else. Each to their own though..just not for me.

Well do you think he also goes to the audi R8 club meets with his car as well as the ford meets.
True, as a die hard cougar fan all I see is the Cougar with a body-kit, a real R8 looks the doggs and is about two inches lower if not more and wider.

This to me is fine - as you can still see it's a Cougar just with a smart bodykit, but the other kit where the Cougar is completly diguised as an R8 - whats the point?

Yeh, see that looks sweet - coz again - you can see it's a Cougar without it trying to look like something it's not. Does look nice though that kit - would love to have that on mine, however due to lack of dosh (unless I win the lotto..lol) I will never be able to afford a body-kit for mine.
This is what I'm talking about - where you can't even tell it's a Cougar...
