Rotten Sub Frame!

OK so my beloved V6 cougar has finally killed it's rear subframe, so rusted that the anti-roll bar is floating free and knocking against the floor.
What I would like is any advice on obtaining a replacement sub-frame, the garage is quoting £327 + vat for a new one.
Do any of you guys know where to get a fully refurbished one, or does an ST24 one fit?? My garage say only a Cougar one will fit. Any help would be gratefully received.

I've got one that has just been powder-coated - nearly half that price above, pm if interested :)
 
My subframe has had it as well :( So funds willing i'll be needing one soon too!

Just moved into our frist home today and its been bad luck all day! My fiance scraped her 206 against our pickup tuck, all the wind today smashed glass in garage rear door, I've lost my wallet and to top it all I get told knocking sound from rear of cougar is anti roll bar because subframe has rotted!

Still, gotta laugh aint ya :D
