They're marker lamps, they're not designed to emit any sort of penetrating beam pattern. They don't have a functional lens.
What are you trying to accomplish?
I found the problem with ordinary LED bulbs is that all the light tends to come directly out the front of them. Since the bulb holder is at an angle in the cluster, they're actually worse than incandescents.
If I was going to try that experiment again, (fortunately I don't have to...) I would consider finding some of those modern panel LEDs in the right fitment. Or even replacing the holder completely to suit an available bulb of that type.
They are completely useless for illumination purposes and in my experience the leds you can get don't last more than a few days...
