This is something peculiar. Your tea hasn't been spiked, you are conscious.

It's a strange thing, seeing a kit car. As Cougar owners our cars have blended into collages of each other's cars. But we all have Cougar's nonetheless. This bloke has blended about 10 cars into this vehicle. I don't know if I agree with it yet, but I'd love to drive it.

So Steve McHugh is apparently a bit of a mad scientist. He builds kit cars out of Sterling Nova's - an old 70's supercar. I believe it's changed a little since these 2008 photos, but at the bottom I'll post some 2005 versions.

Nitty gritty?
- Built on the chassic of a Volkswagon Beetle (Thanks Chris)
- Powered by a turbocharged flat-4 Subaru engine
- VX220 tail lights
- Cougar Headlights
- Classic Corvette dash
- Herbie connotations
- Previously had 206 Lexus lights and some shaping based on the 206CC.

The madness begins
