We owned T707FJW - an x-packed Melina blue manual for about 2 years - which we loved.
We bought it from Allen Ford in Rugby for £8500! - this was about 2002/3. It was fantastic, but with the birth of a first child about to happen we part ex'd it in (along with our Radiant red Fiesta Zetec S) at TC Harrison in Huntingdon to enable the purchase of a virtually brand new Mondeo TDCi........a very sad day indeed....in fact my wife was in tears when handing over the Cougar keys.....
So according to DVLA it is still going

anyone on here own it or know it?
All this has got me and the wife thinking about buying another - they seem to represent great value. So what should we be looking for? Tyres were always ridiculously expensive - is this still the case?

. At the price, cougars really are good value atm, providing you find a good one.
