I was given a tub of Dodo juice purple haze wax to try and was told if i applied 3 coats i would never use anything else, so yesterday i started- the car only needed washing because it was clayed just before blackpool, i applied the wax using a damp foam pad ,i must admit it goes on really easy but was careful not to apply too much, leaving the wax on for 5-10mins doing one panel at a time
I buffed off the first coat by hand and within a couple of hours i reapplied the second coat and then this time polished using a woollen mop on my buffer. The second coating came off a lot easier and the paintwork felt a lot smoother.
This morning i applied the third coat before the sun was too strong and then polished off using a microfibre cloth the paintwork is like glass and the wax seems to have hardened in the sunlight.
I have seen the video on youtube where they throw a bucket of water on the car to show how the water runs straight off but i havent got the heart to do this after all my hard work

Now i must admit that the results are quite impressive and the shine is very good but it only seems about the same result as i get from my normal wax (auto glynns high definition wax ) but the surface seems a lot harder so i think the shine and protection will last longer - but you have to give it 3 coats instead of one
Anyway on with the pics

These ones are just the reflection so you can see the depth of the shine

So yes it goes on easy and looks good but you have to do it at least twice if not three times so in my opinion you are better buying a dearer wax that only needs one coat
