Time to show what I have been up to with the Cat.

Some great work there Pete, it's really coming together. (y)

Cheers for that. The stuff I got planned in the future is not so visual and more expensive as I have just about run out of cheap mods to do on my car. I might have a go at carbon wrapping some of the inside of the car though. I think I could do it and it is something I can take my time over as well.

The only problem I have with the car, is it is a standard I don't have the skills to match. I am most jealous of the work you are able to put into it :)
I think it's gorgeous inside and striking outside. I wish mine was half as tidy :D

You have an Ebony don't you? Give yourself a slap for being so silly, all ebony's, standard or modded look wonderful with some effort with the wax. 3 hail mary's and 2 our fathers for your pennance

For 20 minutes at a time from ten paces mine is indeed a thing of wondrous beauty :D

Yes I do agree with you both, if you put the time and effort into a bit of elbow grease they can look stunning but they are very hard to maintain and keep as it is the worst colour for showing up everything.

Hi Peter. As others have said. There has been alot of hard work, time and effort gone into your car and it shows in the finished product. Now although I'm unsure on the exterior it may look very different 'in the flesh'. Will be good to see what other mods you've got planned and how it progresses from here, and maybe one day I will get to see it for real.

Cheers for your constructive opinion, I am sure I will get to meet you in time. I am not one for going to all these club meets but I will one day make the effort to get to one that most active members will be at in the future.

Peter I think what you have done to the interior is a fabulous upgrade, it looks beautiful. Let's face it the standard cat interior is very dated now and is really boring. Well done that man! :):)(y)(y)(y)

Cheers for that. I do agree the inside of the car is quite plain and boring. All I have done is try to make it more blingy and shiny in there. It is very hard to find anything for the Cat as no one really does anything for it. I think the best mod I have done is the chrome trim. It was a nice easy cheap mod to do and really sets off the doors nice.

Stainless Steel Headers, possible Decat Pipe, Remap, Eibach Lowering Springs, Orange Carpet, Possible retrim on headlining.
All the above I look to do within a year from now. Should be possible.

orange carpet will be a bugger to keep clean, you will have to keep 4 pairs of slippers in the boot

How well do you think your front spoiler will fare if you lower the car Pete? Chris(Warthog) went back to standard springs on his, as he kept hitting the spoiler on speed humps, although I believe there are alot around where he lives.

I believe Chris Cat's front end is alot lower than mine, I am not looking at a massive drop, only 25-30mm so I should be ok.
