Right. Tracey is coming home tomorrow evening, and pretty much everything is in place for her return. I just need to get some food and milk in.

That being the case, I want to get the Chris Adams award to its very worthy recipient. This will mean a trip to Timpsons and then a cross-country race to Paul and then home again before 4pm.

Paul - will you be home tomorrow?

I could've texted this, but am saddened by the lack of forum activity. Where the hell are you all?
 
I take it you've cleared up the garbage angels and made sure you have clean pants on? :)

As an aside I've just seen a black Rover Coupe on the M4 ;)

Not yet, bruh. Mowed the lawn and stuff tho since it wasn't raining. And I'll change the sheets tomorrow and pretend like everything is sorted!

Thank you, but it was unlikely to be black. Paint code PMF was only used in 1992 on 50 cars and it's improbable that any still exist. What you saw was probably Charcoal. It will definitely not be Anthracite since only two still exist; one is in my garage and the other is in a museum.
 
Well, mission accomplished! The award has been delivered to a delighted-yet-bewildered Paul.

Tony, sorry - Paul had to be out of the house before 12 and I needed to get back here. There was also the added complication that neither of us have your number!

I love this guy and his car, and his missus is an angel. Not to mention that his dog is a *sweetheart*.

Handing over the award today was wonderful, since he definitely earned it.
