Its a big socket the size of a lugnut size socket and has this spiral of grooves in it that bite into the lugnuts
Only reason I found them is because I was doing someones brakes and a lugnut was rounded off and couldnt come off with conventional tire tools

Just take those and a couple lugnuts to put back on when done you guys should be good.
And yeah Mate alot of people dont know about those until something happens they cant get a lugnut off their car. Thats how tire shops get your wheel off when you loose the key.
