Trying to hold on :(

Well, I called over to Adams today and was greeted with a nice hot cuppa :) grabbed the socket set and within 10 minutes swapped out the duff coil pack for the replacement. Cleared the fault on the ecu and hey presto. The kitty purred :) also noticed the jubilee clip was loose onto the TB so nipped that up, checked his fluids, quickly inspected his sills......spotless! Oh and popped his wing mirror back in after someone had hit it, it was hanging in the wind lol.

So all in all a good productive hour to get a nice chap back on the black stuff!

Adam assures me he will be subscribing soon too :)

I've just sent the paypal money over, and can't think of anything better to spend it on. If everyone is as helpful, knowledgeable as Dave this really is the place I want to be!

I've explained to him I'm one of those types that want to have my car as more than my 'possession'.....I've been through 4 cars in 3 years and really want the cat to be the one that I feel more for than just a car. I've got no car-knowledge at all, wouldn't know how to even change a tyre if one blew, but only been driving those 3 years so there's still loads of scope :)

Hope you'll have me and I hope to help someone back one day :)

Would definately be interested, I'll have a word with the other half :)

Castle combe is awsome to kick off the show season, great company, lots of food, beer, and genuine great people to spend the weekend with (just avoid the snoring corner in the hall) I arrived there last year after leaving hospital 16 hours previous walking like John Wayne.......but thats a different story lol
