Very quickly guys, I am about to jump and buy some new front tyres as they need replacing, I am torn between Falcons or Toyo T1 Sport for a few quid extra...
What do you think??
Or if i want to spend less they have some Kumhos, but really would like either of the Falcons or the Toyo's.. ??

Cheers guys..

i just got some 18" Toyo proxes T1R fully fitted with the proper weights and nitrogen filled for £105, it's worth paying a reasonable amount as it'sthe only contact with the road and gives good steering and braking than tryes near or below legal limits (225/40/18)
also fitted some 16" Toyo proxes T1R to my signum a wile back and they have been great think it was about £90for those (215/55/16)

i like the Falkens as well and not had any problems with them in the past, it was just the place/person i know has a lot of Toyo's in stock, wasn't trying to put Falkens down in any way

Well got 2 new toyo t1 sports. Needed as my tyres only had 1.6 mm on. Not bad for £180 fitted. Thanks for the replies guys. I can drive more confident again.

I'm just about to put two new Falkens on my coug, but only £55 per tyre, fitted and balanced. Good to hear you got it sorted anyway Add.

i had the dunlops on the back of my beemer, not that impressed in the wet though but have changed my wheels now and iam running 255/35/18 so will need to shop around myself on that note

I looked at the Falcons Tim, but all the guys at ATS said nooooo for a few quid more 100% go for Toyo's, that's why i asked on here, and the first reply was Toyo's... Job done.. (y) I am happy, i am not knocking Falcons, i have 1 on the rear NS... as a Toyo i had before got a nice puncture..

heres a wierd one for you,i had a strange burning rubber smell every time i parked the car up,thought its something in the engine bay.nope turned out it was from the cheap i've never heard of brand front tyres that i got with the car, changed my alloys and tyres and the horrible smell dissapeared, just shows that some budgets arent that econimical or good!

tell you a budget tyre i have been very impressed with - Firenza. Got two (along with 2 Avons) on the Coug.

Had 4 put on the Bora...can't fault them.

nah because they were on the front and mines is rear wheel drive, my mate(who owns a tyre fitting buisness)said if they are really cheap rubber then they would.i thought firenza and avon would be mid range.think mines were kubla khans from the moon or somewhere like that lol
