water pump price

I have just called Paynes for a price on a water pump and tensioner pulley and have been quoted :

£103.52 pump plus vat
£82.96 tensioner plus vat

Total price including VAT and postage = £230.53
this is for the V6 engine and the parts are Ford parts I am informed, my question is, is this a good price or do I try elsewhere, also the above price includes the club discount.

Paul Jim has the pump and belt I removed from the breaker in his garage, looked to be in extremely good condition the belt especially had hardly any wear on it.
