Welcome to Dudette

Sounds like a good move to me, But it really depends if you think your going to save cash by owning a Cougar..? Mine loves to eat all the cash i have :), but i am sure Tony will help you get a good one anyway.. (y)
Well I'm hoping to possibly release cash for now - not sure about saving cash in the future :oops: Certainly having a look about - and there is a really nice one that has caught my eye.. and Tony is being a great help in the search... :)

Did you see the one in Gods Waiting Room at Essex yet?
Yes - we went today... But there is another one "up north" that we are seeing next weekend...
Not ready to make a decision on either of them yet.. as all over the place with my dog being so poorly.. but need to have a look at possibilities.. as I really need to release cash sooner rather than later if I am going to sell the Mazda and get a Cat...

You know the northern one is an auto and modified quite a bit. I said about Bobby's old car as thats up for peanuts and Tony said you wanted something fairly standard to keep your insurance down. Phils car has way more mods than Bobby's old motor.

See forum rules, number 69 c subsection 3 paragraph 5 "No grooming of female members by male members"

Although, if somebody wants to brush somebody else's hair, what's the harm? ......:eek:

:LOL::LOL::LOL:
Oh Forum Rules.... Must read up on these... lmao

That bloke looking through your kitchen window with his trolleys round his ankles.....?

Oh that's who it was... well I am really glad that Tony has recently fitted floodlights out the back of my house so I could get a good view.. ;)

Yeah I know the northern one is an Auto.. and that's a negative point.. but I like the look of it - so think its worth a look at.. and then decide if I could compromise on the Auto point...The mods I also like (a lot!!).. and yes the insurance would need to be similar to that of my Mazda.. but that's not really cheap either.. and hoping that my age and no claims will go in my favour.. even with mods.. but would have to get a quote before a final decision..
Humm didn't think about Bobby's old one.. and Tony hadn't said about that one.. oh choices choices...

The world is your lobster, and what you have to visualise is which one you want to turn up to the Modified Nationals in.

Me thinks Tony should have some early nights as his memory obviously is failing at a great rate of knots. Insurance wise Karen, If I was you I'd phone up and get a quote on a standard V6. Uses stripes reg and see how much it'll be. That's your starting point. Also you know that with mods it's only going to rocket. Plus if you're mid way through a policy on your Mazda then chances are you'll have to pay to swap details but if they don't insure your new cat, or modified cars for example, you could lose all the money paid on that policy and have to foot for a fresh one on a Cougar. That in it self will be at least another few hundred quid. Just trying to be constructive as you're making the move for financial gain and sorting out a few bits. Last thing you wanna do is end up not having achieved your goals regardless of what car you buy or because of the cat you buy.

You should've truied Ria on 35's, bruised gonads everytime you went over a bump!!

This one ain't far off that though is it? Ria's on 35's is probably the only Cougar without 2 tons of audio in it thats harder than the frosty.

I would deffo get that quote on a standard V6 though. Irregardless of what anyone else's experiences are, they're not you at your postcode with your drive/garage etc.
