been looking around found these turbine's

just the number of "blades" and split rim look made me wonder what they might be wil go and look at rob's suggestion

Lugano's are very similar, maybe they are an older style?

they look like a set of copy merc SLR rims to me from one of those cheap ass rim companies that make playdough rims.
Once saw some copy AMG ones HMG! LMFAO the H was like angled in and had like a tiny gap at the top.
