Jim, whilst your bumper is off the car, could you please take a low-down photo of the headlights in situ, to show where the C2s protude that the C1s don't, also a shot of the top/back of the bumper to show where it needs to be trimmed to fit C2 lights?
You don't need to trim the bumper chap, it's the holes in the front plate they slip into that need adjusting. The protrusion is next to nothing, they arc ever so slightly more than the C1. Will take a shot but doubt it will explain much. You're at Ford Fair? I'll happily whip one out.
