What Have You Done to Your Cougar Today?

Not had a real chance to give it some yet Dave, just been around the block in it, to make sure I could get all gears, will update tomorrow mate.. did you get my last PM?

Surely you can feel the difference in the gear change? Some say 2nd can be hard to find but I never had that prob personally

Pm incoming.....

Is it not legal to temporarily exceed the limit whilst overtaking in order to execute the manouvre safely?

Think we all may have done that at some point mate ;) just never can remember how much officer :D

(take this one time I drove back from Devon and managed about 37mpg at an average speed of 75mph ;) .....so if that was the average speed, how fast was I actually traveling  lol)

Cleaned the throttle body and attmepted the EGR but failed as I didnt have a big enough spanner.

Then took the slack out of my throttle cables, you gotta love cable ties although they are starting to hold a few too many bits of the car in place lol

Washed it, then floored it too clear the engine out and took pics

Had a visit from Alan, pid 16v today, nice to meet you mate, had a good long chat, thanks for the help with the spoiler as well, here it is mate, in all it's glory, seeing as you didn't see the finished article before you left.

:D Classic

Front ARB bushes and droplinks for me, plus the plug change.
Still got a squeak in the suspension but I think a little lube will solve it.

Chased down a foglight fault. Not fuse #26 as usual, but fuse #8 in the engine bay box. Not sure why. Probably happened when I removed/replaced the lights earlier when painting though.

Good job done Paul and yes it was good to chat and help, and thanks for the T :).

Your quoting is all messed up so I'm not sure if you typed this or Dave did but... is that's Dave's old Scooby spoiler?

Yes it is the ole scoogarooby :)

Dave told me you bought the cougaru spoiler. Was mine was upon a time.

Colour match appears close doesn't it?

Just doesn't look the same without the SPAM though does it. :D
