Think the KUGA will have ivory ribbons on it a month after yours as we are going straight on our honeymoon the day after the car will be parked up outside the hotel reception. (lukily for us in the disabled bay for free)
Need to take some pointers on this speach writing too me-thinks :what:

That will look cool Matt. As for the speech writing.....hmmmmm???? Yeh........LOL!!!!!!!
 
Speech - wing it ;)

All I did was list bullet points so I didn't forget anything important, if you write a speech all you end up doing is reading from a piece of paper rather than engaging with your audience.

I like your style mate, that's what I roughly had in mind, thank everyone but try and adlib it.

Did a bit more wiring in the fiesta, found out my idea of using this old peice of carpeted MDF mounted to the back of the seats to mount the amps to wouldn't work as it wasn't right size (too long and not wide enough, so it's not even as if I can cut it to fit) not to worry will just have to mount stuff to the back of rear seat. Next week now as got a busy weekend in the kuga instead ;-)
 
Replaced my bonnet, a few dents in old one, new bonnet switch I now have flashing lights when I lock the doors, new drivers side headlight and polished the other to try and match the new one finally washed the car and polished the new bonnet

Well I got as far as primer, but will get it sprayed tomorrow, give it a rub on Tuesday and hopefully get the skirts on Wednesday....hopefully.
 
Good clean inside and out ready for Combe:cool:, there was grime in all kinds of hard to get to places. Even lichen on the cougar lettering on the boot:cautious:
Even (whisper) used polish...........:LOL:







Hasn't come up too bad considering every cleaning item came from my local pound shop.:giggle:
I did treat myself to a Meguiars wash mitt though so I'm not a total cheapskate(y)
 
Very shiny, i did mine last Thursday in anticipation, but its been raining last 2 days and i have to use the car for work last 3 days of week, so probably won't be very clean by Saturday :cry:

I'ts started to rain here now - I'll give mine another going over friday morning and chuck a squirty bottle of detailer in for the show:)
