What Have You Done to Your Cougar Today?

I use EX Sealant and Natty's Paste after any polishing, and occassionally Black Hole in between if I'm going to a car show and am in a hurry. I really like Natty's Paste. Great results and very easy to work with too. The fact it works in sunlight without turning to chewing gum is very handy.

I agree, Jamie. Natty's only needs the smallest amount of heat worked into it, and you don't need very much. As for Black Hole, that's pretty much been Tiger's saviour prior to any serious paint and vinyl work being done.

To be honest, I've spent more on Megiuars, Poor Boys and Dodo Juice over the years than I've had to spend on parts for my Cougars.

Just got some black hole like it because it is quick to use, having to clean the car a lot at the moment the seagulls are back and using my cougar as target practise :cautious:

Those damned sh*tehawks keep mine looking, quite literally, like poo too if it's any consolation. They've built some office blocks amongst old fish houses close to the harbour and the seagulls are all over the place crapping on everything.

In a little over 2 weeks I'll have a hose, power and pressure washer permanently hooked up to snow foam and rinse the car each evening after work. It will be bliss. Setting up in this naff 2-up-2-down I've been in for the past 9 years is a real hassle.

Anyway though - your blurple looks very tidy there and is a credit to you :)

TBH it's more the Jags I've felt the sting with. They're both 9 years old and both clocking up the miles. Both have needed a lot of suspension work. That's mostly why I'm getting the new car tbh - I'm spending all my time on the sensible cars and not enough on any of my supposed hobbies. I wont pretend the TVR has been cheap, but then again I knew what I was getting in to and as such wont complain about it!

Thank you, a lot of it is down to people of here, learned a lot since I have joined its a great site and club

To an extent maybe, but the fact remains that you've clearly put the time in and nobody can take that away from you.

Thanks Ginja. I'll look into that stuff. Currently miserable as the cougar is in the garage. Getting it back tomorrow though so all good and ready for a run down to Edinburgh on Thursday. :)

Know the feeling the fiesta sat there all day today without me doing anything even though it was a good day we was doing other things (for the wedding so its not all bad) maybe I can play with it tomorrow
