I'm ashamed to say I haven't been keeping up. Is this the one with the damaged turret? Do you still have the one we did the motor transplant into?
no chris, the old one is in the scrap yard ( well probably melted now) the one we transplanted the engine into is the one that is now dead, needs to much, inner and outer sills have failed the MOT as have the rear seatbelt mounting points :-(

2 new wheel bearings fitted to front ,track rod ends and new alloy roll bar links, rustproofed the front end completely ,now for the back end!
Are they those adjustable ones from eBay?
If so you need to know a few members had those a few years ago and they kept snapping

Fitted the short shift to my cougar today..... well Pid did.... and what a t**t of a job it was too....

Put a chunky leather knob off a mk3 mondy on, took it out for a quick drive for the first time in 4 weeks and then stared at it for 10 minutes
