Unlike the tax, whilst I prefer the new VED system, I've just realised what a useful reminder the actual piece of paper was!
Ripped out the angel eye headlights that don`t work properly and refitted the HID`s into my spare lights
Hoovered and cleaned the interior and put £20.00`s worth in the tank and a fiver on the garage floor!

Took her out for her first run of any distance
58.6 miles with no coolant loss and 28.6 mpg

Replaced the fog light fuse (red faced) and fitted boot gas struts. I also replaced some cable ties with jubilee clips.
I have a load of stuff I want to get done to my coug pre - Combe, so best get my arse into action. Already replaced the battery as old one was completely knackered. Also replaced my tax disc with sticker replacement from Uncle Al. I'll post pic's up when home, as at work on nights at the mo.
Well I was supposed to being washing it today, but muggins was called upon to drive the extended family around AGAIN.........
So all I did was get it covered in another layer of salt and road grime. Oh well......

Not strictly something I'VE done but... got an advisory free MOT on her, removed the SORN and bought tax, making her fully road legal.
