Yup I've had to purchase one of those in the past too! now sitting extremely dormant in the bottom of the toolbox....never to be used again :)

got some uprated boot struts that can lift my spoiler boot...

no more bumps on the back of me head..(y)o_O:)

amazing what a dremmel buff wheel and some autosol can do.

i really should do a how to for stripping these lim's completely down.
 
Oil and filter changed and plugs changed ford one's car seems to drive smoother All ready for other 800 mile round trip up to Scotland that will be 1600 miles in the last two weeks
 
Bought a new set of stemless valves, in part because I have lost my stem extension and so can't inflate my tyres.

The fact that I apparently lost it while helping out another motorist is not lost on me. No good deed goes unpunished. FML :(

Matt, if you haven't got the old seats out yet it will pay you to reach under the car and spray the exposed ends of the rear-most inner seat bolts with Plusgas, or similar. When you start to undo them, if they go tight, ease them backwards and forwards and don't be too 'enthusiastic', the last thing you want to do is snap one of them off in situ.
