What Have You Done to Your Cougar Today?

This is the stuff to use if your car is generally clean but you've driven through rain on the way to a show. We absolutely don't use it on Jinxy, but it does get used on Tiger from time to time.

You got a great result Mart, but please be careful with it if the car has dust on it; you need to use a lot more of it than you would detailer if you want to avoid swirls.

The car was just dirty enough that detailer alone wasn't gonna cut it, but not really enough to warrant a full wash/polish/wax (which I do still want to get done before the weather starts turning nasty). I was also curious as to how it performed - I was actually most impressed with how clean it got the wheels, it takes care of brake dust no problem.

This week I have....
Done nothing to the car.
I've shown the corroded petrol filler pipe to the plumbing supervisor we are working with at the moment. He has a guy in mind to replace the corroded steel. In between times I've also been considering other options and have plan B in part formation.
I've also collected my replacement stainless steel tank straps from my colleagues sheet metal fabrication co. They look the part, cut from 3mm SS plate.
And the champion branded fuel filter has arrived.

MOT Lights fitted ready for the big day tomorrow ;)

Kind of fitted the exhaust rubber for the MOT too but it feels like I broke my thumb doing it as I was pushing on the old rubber to get it off but im hoping its just a sprain, its kind of on but he may have to pop it on the rest of the way during the test
