Chris, if this is to enable the fitting of new trackrod ends, go ahead and destroy the locknuts if you must by grinding them down. As i have just replaced my inner trackrods i have two perfectly good nuts i can post to you. The heat from the grinder should even make removal easier. By suggesting this method i'm assuming you don't have a nut splitter?

Phil kindly sent me a Mondeo Ghia coin mate to use with my Mondeo Ghia console(y)
If you line the rubber bungs up with the holes in the console, you get this....

Did that centre console come from a Mk1 or Mk2 Mongy? I wonder if it's differences between the Mk1/Mk2 or something? Or the mat is from a LHD mongy? :eek:

Brought the ST200 out of hibernation today and gave it it's first wash and Hoover of the year.

Boy that was fun. [emoji16]

Needs another wash now and it's back into hibernation again after next weekend as I'm on my travels 'South' again.

Yesterday Claus had a thorough bath, polish, vac (spare wheel out etc) and treated all the leather with Gliptone cleaner / conditioner.
Got up this morning to find it filthy again due to the storm last night (n)
