What reluctor rings to buy?

Hi all, i have a 1999 2.5 v6 auto cat and amongst it's other problem i need to change the abs reluctor rings up front. There appears to be two types available (window or toothed). How do i know which i will need? thanks in advance for any info to help.

Good jack, axle stands, decent socket set upto 32mm, breaker bar, large pry bar to help force wishbone down and a hub puller mate

Jobs a doddle did both fronts on my auto at tonys and taking away the time Tony spent talking rubish and smoking we did the whole lot (both sides) in about an hour

Thanks for the heads up for what tools i need mate, i have them all, just no tony though i am sure i will talk rubbish and smoke loads.

Window are fronts toothed are rears

I had a front one changed by Ian last year and it was toothed. This is the one i bought....

Well i hope they are of the window variety cos mine arrived today and planning on doing the job on the weekend.

V6 takes the window type mate I don't know about craptechs

Sweet, next job is to replace the rear subframe cos mine is super rotten and will fail next mot. But where to get one? The joys of ford ownership.
